 Product Description

The Shelter

Hikers seeking an efficient shelter system will appreciate the simplicity of this one-piece shelter.

Constructed with a white 0.8 oz cuben fiber fly partnered with a gray silnylon tub-floor, this shelter pitches quickly using your trekking poles or optional tent poles and 7 stakes. You can customize this shelter with additional materials and options here.

360° no-see-um mesh panels provide ventilation while keeping mosquitoes at bay and the side panels quickly cinch shut using our proprietary ‘OSAS’ System (Oh Snap, A Storm!) system (see a video).

  • Deep tub creates a spacious interior
  • Tapered tub-floor walls for extra elbow room
  • Tub floor collapses by 5" allowing low pitches
  • Zippered vestibule rolls completely out of the way
  • Taped seams on cuben fly never need sealing
    (floor's corners should be sealed)
  • Interior stash pocket and hang loop
  • Interior clothesline along ridge@
  • Waterproof, Uretek zipper on fly
  • Reinforced tie-outs and peaks (more info)
  • Removable LineLoc Tensioners and Dyneema guyline included

In a lineup of six solo shelters: “It has the best performance to weight ratio of the bunch.” ~Backpacker Magazine (See it here)

 Warranty Information

YAMA is proud of the quality of its products.  Should you, the original owner, ever have a problem with your shelter caused by a defect in workmanship, please contact us to arrange repair or replacement.  The warranty does not cover damage due to accidents, normal wear and tear, or misuse, and the buyer is responsible for returning the item at their own expense. Repairs not covered by the warranty can usually be performed for a reasonable fee.

YAMA will do its best to address warranty repairs and replacements in a timely manner, however, be aware that YAMA may close periodically, sometimes for extended periods (we need to get out in the woods sometimes!).  During these times, if you have a warranty issue, send us an email and we'll reply as soon as we can. Reasonable efforts will be made to take care of the issue quickly, but in most cases you will have to wait until the shop reopens.
